By collaborating closely with clients and listening to their thoughts and ideas, JMA achieves highly resolved solutions that enhance their personal and professional lives.

In addition to residential design, the firm’s experience includes museums, medical and law practices, hospitality design, as well as product and fashion showrooms.  JMA has designed countless pieces of custom furniture, as well as an array of domestic products developed for and exclusively produced by the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa).

As part of its services, JMA frequently consults with landscape architects and designers to ensure that landscape is successfully integrated with the overall project vision.  JMA also coordinates with expediters, local municipalities and legal professionals on behalf of clients to help navigate regulations surrounding complex issues like waterfront easements, environmental requirements, and more.
